Neiko 53875B Protective Anti-Fog Safety Goggles

My favorite thing about these that beats out a majority of other goggles, is its cloth like elastic band. Almost all the other goggle companies use a rubberized band, which may hurt and pull at hairs when worn. The cloth band slides on and off very easily and will not be pulling out any hair.

The Good Stuff:

  • Extra wide and ultra soft safety goggles with hard plastic lens and anti-fog coating is scratch proof, waterproof, and is an essential piece of protective gear to provide concealment.

  • Dual injected rubber design conforms to the face and fits over regular glasses to provide an excellent field of view and offers a high level security from chemicals, dust and debris.

  • Universal standard fit wrap-around PVC frame offers maximum comfort and adjustable strap fits a wide range of head sizes.

  • Polycarbonate lens is impact resistant and ideal for use on jobs sites with construction tools, worksites, laboratories and class.
  • High approved eye wear meets ANSI standard Z87.1 is suitable for use as firearms safety glasses at firing ranges.

The Bad Stuff:

  • It does still fog up, despite the claims that they are anti-fog.
  • It is not as easy to adjust the band. You will need to play around with it to understand its nature.ddd

NoCry Safety Glasses

They are well made and highly adjustable, but they are by no means fog-proof... not if you actually work hard and tend to fog up the glasses you're using now. Let's be honest - you found these because you were looking for actual fog-proof glasses.

The Good Stuff:

  • The NoCry Safety Glasses keep your eyes safe from direct and peripheral threats with a strong and durable polycarbonate wraparound construction. Also protects eyes from 90-100% of harmful UV radiation.

  • Side and nose pieces adjust to give you a perfect fit without the slipping - no matter the face type or head size.

  • Double coated, untinted lenses mean no fogging up or optical distortion so you can see better at all times.

  • Ideal for woodworking and carpentry, metal and construction work, lab and dental work, shooting, cycling, racquetball, or anywhere you need to wear PPE eyewear.
  • NoCry stands behind every item we make. If there’s an issue with your glasses, we’ll make it right by replacing them or giving your money back

The Bad Stuff:

  • Eventually still fog up. Any kind of heat off of your face will collect as condensation behind the lens anyway.
  • Scratch easily.

Pyramex I-Force Sporty Dual Pane Anti-Fog Goggles

These goggles are the best out there. They literally saved your eyesight.  The goggles is perfect for wearing everyday whenever you are doing something that there is a risk to your eyes. They never fog up, even in this Florida humidity.

The Good Stuff:

  • Ratcheting quick release interchangeable temples and strap.
  • Scratch resistant polycarbonate lens provides 99% UVA/B/C protection

  • Outer polycarbonate lens protects against the environment, while inner acetate lens is designed to prevent fogging

  • Outside lens is coated with H2X Anti-fog Technology
  • Passes MIL-PRF 32432 High Velocity Impact Standards

The Bad Stuff:

  • The dual pane does cause double glaring from light sources. It is very noticeable at night.
  • They tended not to fog too much in normal use but the first time I wore them in high humidity they collected up moisture between the lenses which dried into haze. The lenses are glued together so there's no way to get them apart and clean them.

AMSTON Safety Glasses (3-pack)

The safety glasses arrive on time. It fit over  prescription eye glasses perfectly. Did not cause distortion. Protects your eyes when removing the loose paint and when grinding metals.

The Good Stuff:

  • AFFORDABLE 3-PACK high-impact resistant polycarbonate safety eye glasses MEET ANSI z87.1 STANDARDS providing you and your eyes the best protection.
  • EASY TO SEE WHILE PROVIDING FULL WRAPAROUND PROTECTION without glare, color distortion, or interference.

  • COMFORTABLE FIT FOR MEN & WOMEN users with contoured nose rest, brow guard ridge, and side shields to keep debris out and protect from flying objects or those falling from overhead.

  • FITS OVER MOST PRESCRIPTION GLASSES, SUNGLASSES, & READERS. Curved ear pieces hold glasses in place during movement, and have eyelet holes for attaching the glasses to a lanyard cord. Can be worn with other PPE equipment including masks, hard hats, and ear muffs.
  • GOOD FOR OSHA REQUIREMENTS, indoor, outdoor, and labs / laboratory work as well as construction projects including woodworking, sanding, metal work, drilling, spraying, cleaning, yard work and more. Packaged in protective film, remove before use.

The Bad Stuff:

  • They could be too big and fall out of your face.
  • Though they are inexpensive, they are too clunky and don't keep stuff out of my eyes well, and they fog up easily.

  • Just a simple wipe down gives the all kinds of scuffs.

And the winner is...

I highly recommend NoCry Safety Glasses for the scratch resistance, lightweight, and anti fog abilities. They are well made and highly adjustable. Even if you're a nurse working in an operating room, machinist, or tennis player, you will find it useful.
